Extreme hatred allowed untouched on Twitter

Calling it out does not need insults - it is not like misandrists would not provide enough material to criticize them in a constructive manner.

It is understandable that exposure to misandry results in strong emotional reactions, but channeling that into advocacy is the preferable response to that. Anything else only provides an opportunity for those whom we consider to be anti-egalitarians to feel validated in their opposition.

Furthermore, it should be clear that it is the misandristic views, behaviors, statements, etc. we speak up against, not the individual making them. Not only will personal attacks discourage engagement and foster defensiveness by those who currently oppose us, giving them the feeling that our message would inherently brand them as a person as irredeemably evil will also make denial one of the only remaining options to protect their self. The desirable option should be to change.
