“Fetishizing” is often just a code word for “objectifying” only when it’s a minority group. In other words it’s just like the whole intersectionality thing that woke people are always going on about. It’s not bad enough that men being attracted to women is bad, if they’re attracted to non white women, it has to be even worse. Oppression olympics.

Ironically though, these idiots don’t even understand the actual definition of fetish. “Fetish” is an attraction to a nonhuman object. So by calling attraction to asian women, black women, etc. a fetish, THEY are the ones objectifying them. Literally.

Of course these same woke people will talk about the importance of not kink shaming people.

Even if it was a kink, who cares? Just because it’s a kink (really a preference) why does that mean you are automatically objectifying that person? There are tons of people that have all kinds of healthy, consensual BDSM relationships and the like. I don’t ever see them complaining about that!

Shouldn’t they be happy that white guys want nonwhite girlfriends? Maybe the people complaining about this would be happier if Jim Crow was reestablished and interracial marriages were banned. Sigh. We seem to be going backwards not forwards.

I'm tired of hearing about "objectification".

Men and women objectify each other all the time, yet only men are called out for it. You have subs like LadyBoners and LadyLadyBoners for which the former objectifies men while the latter objectifies women. And guess which subs overlap with those two? TrollxChromosomes and WitchesvsPatriarchy. Two subs that constantly complain about "men objectifying women".

It's hypocritical. In the end, it's really about demonizing male sexuality.

I don't even get how being someones fetish is a bad thing if you got romantic interest there.

If I met a woman, and I liked her, and she one day told me; "I fetishize bald men.... I am a bald chaser!" Seeing as I am a bald man. I'm not going to be like, "Oh you are such a pig! You are objectifying me! How dare you!?"

I'd be like, "Hell ya baby!" Even if she got a little weird about it I would not be bothered... I would Let her get some baby oil and rub it on my bald head. She would be as happy as a pig in shit, and it wouldn't bother me even if it does nothing for me if it's making her happy why should I care?
