So just a bit of my own insight and experience in the red pill or incel movement. Maybe the red pill guys aren't all bad? Or there views can be changed. So I met a guy on tinder in 2017 I was barely 18 and he was 23 so the age gap was gapping lol. He was a nice guy maybe not looks entirely what I'd go for but I gave him a shot. He was my first boyfriend and I lost my virginity to this guy. He was a metal head and I used to be a big metal head back in the day so we bonded through that. I remember when we were first going out and he would talk about mgtow and stuff like that I had no idea what he was talking about to be honest as this kind of stuff was not as prominent in the media. As a young woman I honestly didn't consume anti women red pill stuff online for obvious reasons. We were very different he was into board games, didn't drink etc and I was just starting uni so wanted to have fun with my friends and party. We dated for a few months but I left him as I didn't want a relationship at the time as he had finished uni so wanted to settle down whereas I wasn't in that headspace. He would tell me things like he was worried he wouldn't ever find a girlfriend, he only slept with one woman before (I think this could have been a lie.i think he was a virgin too). He was nice in that he opened doors, paid for dates etc but we werent compatible at that time. However, I remember he did say things like 'why aren't there male domestic violence shelters?' Etc. I was so young at the time but this kind of stuff went over my head but I did think it was a bit strange why he was thinking about male domestic violence yet he hadn't ever been in a relationship. Now I would obviously tell him a men's charity can set this up like any women's one does it's not rocket science. This experience showed me that a lot of these red pill types maybe not all don't hate women but don't seem to understand women. They latch onto narratives that they don't understand like male dv, rape, suicide etc as these are talking points that are repeated by men in these circles but they don't actually understand these issues, don't appear to have a personal reason why they would be passionate about these issues (e.g. being a dv or rape survivor). My only recommendation is that if you are ex red pill don't start parroting these views to a girl you are dating as now at my current age (24) I would find that to be really strange and immature. My experiences have shown me that some guys in this movement can be brought back into the real world. This guy was probably one of my top 2 boyfriends (only had 3) and I look back at our time with good memories despite the red pill tendencies.
