Mmm. I dunno about this part. Caring about people is good, and you don't need to be a "mental slave" to care enough that it hurts to not be able to have / continue a romantic relationship with someone.

I think it's better to just say... everyone gets hurt sometimes. It's part of life and sometimes no one is really at fault. Just accept it and pick yourself up and try again.

This is my own opinion/speculation. But i think part of the reason why it's sometimes hard to detox red pill is because it teaches you these awful things about the world and women and then teaches you on how to deal with these realities. It then becomes hard to let go of these toxic beliefs because your brain is wired to hold on to this type of negative information that makes you be wary of potential hazards and how to avoid them. If for a moment you actually stop believing that women and the world aren't the boogey man TRP say they are, you're opening yourself to the possibility of being hurt, because, what if they truly are dangerous in the end? So your brain hold on to these beliefs about women and how to deal with them because it's in survival mode trying to ensure protection.

The Redpill I've known is about putting yourself first. It's about adopting a selfish attitude at worst; self-empowering at best. A fear of being hurt is not unique to Redpillers; most people are uncomfortable with putting themselves out there.

A lot of women seem to need this advice as well

I've always wondered why it came to dating that the only people that could be out and open with the most insecure and most whiny attitudes were women and don't get me wrong I don't see it that way as we're all human and when it comes to manners of the heart we all get hurt and we all want to express it

But growing up in this age where I was top that men and women could be anything it's becoming harder to believe that just because of statements like this.

Like I get it nobody wants to hate on anybody but for years of my life all I remember is most of my female friends and family complaining about the one or two guys that did them dirty.

Yet at the same time,it only seems like women are allowed to keep their heart guarded and if men try to act the same way we're crazy or misogynist which is just crazy
