I turned 23 some time ago and my lack of experience with women is starting to bog me down. This summer I cuddled with someone who I liked but it wasn't sexual. I have had a girlfriend in the past. I have become more social and can talk to strangers easily. I am making efforts to meet people and get outside where I live. I beat myself up even though I know it's not entirely my fault because of lockdown and my past mental health issues. Whenever I feel down it feels like the red pill and black pill ideas are correct. I'm also terrified of the fact that if someone knows about my lack of experience they won't want to be with me. I feel like I have so much work to do. How do I stop despairing and convince myself that I will be fine in the dating department in the future?
