Hey all, I'm using a throwaway for this because some of my freinds know my main account's username and I don't want this getting back to anyone.

I'm looking for advice. I was raised in a strict household, where sex and women were painted as "evil". Quite frankly, this aspect of my upbringing fucked me up. From my early teens, I was misogynistic and sexually frustrated, as well as ignorant (I should note that I did not learn about maturation or have my first orgasm until I was 16).

I learned early on to take my frustration out on my female peers. As a very young teen (in middle school) I would sexually harass many of my classmates repeatedly. This still haunts me. When I got older I learned that such behaviors weren't okay, so I withdrew and became a total incel, with all of my woman-hating intact but now under the surface. Of course, due to my lack of sexual education or role models, I didn't know how to go about so much as talking to females I was attracted to, and the knowledge that many of my peers were becoming sexually active frustrated me and fueled my deep-seated anger and misogyny.

When I started dating in college, it quickly became apparent that I still had issues. I treated my first and only girlfriend horribly, and subsequently went on a fuckboi stint where I hooked up with girls on tinder and ghosted them afterwards. Now I'm confronting all of this, and let me tell you, I wish someone had stopped me from going down this road. The guilt us unbearable.

That's the thing-I have a younger brother. He's 16 now, and I'm starting to see some of the anger and misogyny in him that I'm all-too-familiar with. He belittles the girls in his class, and calls himself "touch-starved". These are major red flags, and I genuinely want to help him pull up before he enters the nosedive I did, and CERTIANLY before he starts dating and hurting women by being a douche (like I did).

How can I help him get out of this, when I myself still struggle? Is there anything I can do?
