Redpill elements i think can be broken down into: 1. Belief in gender essentialism. There are traits for both men and women and men gravitate towards feminine traits in women and avoid masculine traits in them. The reverse is also believed to be true which is why men who have traits that align with 'femininity' are ignored by women.

Belief in evolutionary psychology as it relates to sexual strategy (e.g. a woman wants the men with the best genes and who can provide for her children. Often times both traits aren't in the same man which is where you get the alpha Fs beta $s mindset)
Belief that there is such a thing as a sexual attractiveness peak and that once women pass it, they will struggle to get men meanwhile men will struggle with women in youth and as they get older and more established younger women will be more interested in them (e.g. why so many guys at your prom were older than their dates, some of which already being in their first or second year of college)
Women don't know or care about men's sacrifices, so there's no point in going out of your way for them because they will assume that is what you are SUPPOSED to do.
A belief that women incite competition anxiety in men and so men must always 'keep their options open' even in a long term relationship because the belief is that women would rather share an 'alpha' than be saddled down with a committed beta.

I think if any of those perspective show up in the content, its likely redpill.

What are their views on: * Being emotional in front of women. * Putting an emphasis on emotional connections. * Waiting with sex, getting to know the other. * Family having value.

If they're opposed to one of those, they're unhealthy. It doesn't matter if they're RP or not.

Edit: Honestly, it's probably solid to stop looking online for dating advice.
