Yesterday we agreed with a girl that she will come over to me at 6PM. She did not come at 6, I waited till 7PM, then I texted her. She did not read my message. So, I waited till 8PM and called her over the phone. She did not pick up her phone.

So, I decided that communication with her is not worth my time. So, I blocked her in messenger app and blocked her over phone.

Today she texts me on my another account and asks if I blocked her. What should be my next steps? Should I block her on this account as well or may I hope for a good time together? Should I ask her reasons for not informing me that she won't come yesterday and if the reasons will be reasonably apologize to her?
