It's actually ironic. Around 1.5 years ago when I was with a girl I really loved and looked forward to building a life with, I thought red pill was laughable. I thought it was full of insecure and pathetic men. Fast forward around 3 months later, my girlfriend blindsided me and cheated on me, and all went to shit. I just moved to a different place, for a new job and left all my previous life behind. Her cheating was the last straw.

I went into downward spiral and as much as I tried not to consume redpill content, it creeps on you slowly. I don't think I went too deep, but I think it did warp me the perception of reality. I admit, I am a lot more insecure now than I was before. I feel I have a lot less confidence. I've been exercising non-stop, I make good amount of money and even then something is missing. And I have a feeling I know what that is.

I currently have a girlfriend and she is great. But redpill teaches you that high value males get all the attention. So I can't help but want other girls to notice me. And I keep fighting it every step I take. I want to be happy with what I have, but this stupid idea is at the back of my head. I even confirmed it. One of my colleagues started showing interest in me and for a brief couple of weeks my relationship improved dramatically, because my confidence improve. I don't want to be the person who seeks external validation.

What is the most efficient way to fight it? I try to limit social media and stopped watching porn.
