Like, the most effective way to leave all of this behind even if it gives you severe whiplash? Quit using the internet beyond work and other responsibilities and maybe streaming shows for a month or two.

What I perceive as the biggest mistake that anti-red-pillers and feminists can make is that they make their case using only "evidence" and "logic"

Red-pillers will make their case using an effective mixture of "evidence," "logic," and "storytelling"

There's a treasure trove of stories on social media telling of guys who got ruined through divorce courts, paternity fraud, etc with the mix that their friends and family would abandon them in a heartbeat while the perpetrator goes away scot free

It is this key narrative that anyone going against the Red Pill will have to counter. Not through silencing; that will only create martyrs for them and give them more credibility, but through the creation of an effective counter-narrative. For example, women investigating divorce laws, and making them more fair and less prone to the abuse that red pillers perceive as rampant and unchecked

Before then, I'll share with you how I got out of the Red Pill for all it's worth

They can't all be like that

If they are, that would mean all 3.5 - 4 billion of them would have to be like that. To me, that is statistically impossible

Like feminist extremists, red pillers debate from a place of grief and anguish

Those who come from such a place will not be entirely logical nor entirely willing to engage in dialogue especially with someone who will challenge their views. They would rather remain in their safe space with people who agree with them rather then be open to changing their minds when faced with evidence or narratives that run counter to what they believe

Even with my own story, I was able to build up enough life experience and group of friends after that in order to effectively counter the red pill narrative in my own life

You can co-opt red pill ideas without being a red piller

Improving yourself? Sure

Chase goals, not women? Sounds good

I'm sure there are other good ideas from them that you can "borrow" for use in your own life, and it's definitely not a package deal. You can co-opt their good ideas while leaving out the bad

Lastly, changing one's mind will have to be out of one's own will. You'll have to change your mind because you yourself want to do so, and not because someone else is telling you that it's "wrong"

Otherwise, the one trying to influence you is just creating an undercurrent of dissent, not winning a convert

It’s more efficient if you want to change because you realize these ideas are wrong. The first question you should be asking is what evidence exists to support any belief. Not anecdotes, actual peer reviewed research that is statistically rigorous is what counts.

Study ethics. The easiest way to leave one thought path is to replace it with another.

It also helps with memories. You can overwrite bad memories with positive ones.

What ideas from TRP do you still consider true? You can research counter points. There is so much evidence against these rigid beliefs.

Why exactly do you want to change? Is this to please others or for your own?

I’d start with considering who u are morally and what TRULY matters in life. You’re searching for the roadmap to become a real, strong, intellectual, courageous, and high worth man.

So ask yourself what that man actually looks like. What are the actual important things you value and stand strong for.

Does that man protect women or ppl he can? Or does that man find ppl inferior and is arrogantly thinking they are superior. How does that man handle disagreements or insecurity?

Is this man bitter? Is this man honest? Is he intellectual enough to see multiple perspectives at once, and not be governed by fear, anger, or bitterness?

Ask yourself what he looks like and stands for. That’s your road map to becoming the guy these influencers are pretending to be. It’s ok to agree with some of their points, that’s apart of good insight.

Go inward and find that man instead of losing yourself to influence.
