Yeah, virgin shaming is real for young men. I felt like in high-school there was a race to see who could lose it the fastest. I'm not sure if that still takes place, but it's how it was back when I was younger.

This is exactly why I got into RP stuff. I eventually lost it but probably not for the best reasons. A part of it was it was something new and a fun thing I got to do but another reason why I did it was bc I couldn’t stand being a virgin at 22 and I told myself ‘no matter what I won’t be a 23 yo virgin’ I simply wouldn’t accept that.

For what it’s worth I was the first partner for both my boyfriends and I didn’t mind that at all (they were both virgins before we dated). Not all women are turned off by it. I would rather have a virgin male partner than one involved in casual sex culture. Sometimes it means he just wants to lose it rather than he genuinely loves the woman he’s with tho. I won’t be used for a man’s ego.

I only had intercourse once before I met my wife. On my senior spring break, like a cliche. Otherwise I would only fool around with women and had to turn things down a couple times because the relationship hadn't progressed enough. One time, in 8th grade, I refused a blow job and the girl actually told other guys the next day at lunch and then they came up to me to harass me. I don't know if they ever got a blow job from her...probably not.

I don't know why I was/am like this. My parents were dysfunctional and I didn't have religious training so I wasn't following examples. I ended up 'taking the red pill' I guess because I found some friends who were into The Game and 48 Laws and I also found the book Atlas Shrugged in a random car when I was working at a car auction in my early 20s.

I have had moments in my life, while experience the lust that comes with producing millions of sperm a day, that I wish I had just done the deed and banged a bunch of chicks in high school....but then maybe I wouldn't of ended up with a virgin. I have a tiny bit of baggage and she has none. And its fucking amazing. I would tell young men to do plenty of kissing but understand that intercourse brings steeper consequences.
