Generally yes, as it mostly talks about how much it doesn't like women/feminism/how women have it so good and men don't etc. Which, firstly, I disagree with but secondly, doesn't do anything to help. MRA and that subreddit seemingly exists to react angrily to feminism and complain about women, which is basically the rest of the manosphere too.

There are other places such as menslib, bropill and in general men's liberation groups which do a much better job actually making positive changes to the lives of men and they manage it without spouting nonsense about women.

"Men's rights" is generally just misogyny and bad evopsych, so yeah. Litmus test: If a group is dedicated to improving the lives of men, do they want to do so by 1) deconstructing gender roles and harmful practices/beliefs related to them, or by 2) restoring the privileges they believe men had in the past?
