YES. The sex-positive movement has dealt such a blow to us. Even women who don't subscribe to it are still held to it's standards. There is nothing "empowering" about letting men who give zero shits about you rent out your vagina.

I fell for every last one of these bs excuses.One big cope.The last one i stupidly gave him the benefit of the doubt on because im a private person too .i have social media but i barely post.one thing,i refused to make any mention of him on my social media though because i was waiting for him to make the first move.....which he never did.He had no problem liking and sharing twerk vids up and down his timeline though.stalking booty models.why? Because to him i wasn't worth mentioning , to him we were just "buddies"still he had no problem leading me on to believe it meant more than that.Met his mom and sisters,talks of marriage and kids and all that bs.Smh i was just Ms.🤡but Ms.Clown is dead now.🙌🏾

Urghhh this hits close to home
The fight that culminated in my breakup with my most recent ex was because he refused to post a picture of us on Instagram.
He went into a meltdown about how we had agreed to not post each other (at the beginning of the relationship to avoid gossip) and about how untrustworthy I was by trying to change the agreement now. Verbatim: that my “word meant nothing” because I was trying to change the rules now.
Now, being 11-months into the relationship whereas the conversation about keeping it on the DL on social media had been 2 months in.
Did I mention he also blocked me on Instagram because I “started shit and drama” over him following a random woman with a private account of 200 followers, that he claimed to not even know?
Crazy right? Specially when you consider this guy didn’t know me either in real life and he pursued me intensely by sliding into my DMs for weeks until I gave my number.
Paranoia is a bitch huh 🤡🤦🏻♀️
