This is why I don’t direct energy to dating. There is way too much bullshit we have to prepare for, I refuse to go out of my way to find someone I then have to do all this with anyway. If he shows up and pursues and makes it through the gauntlet and seems worth vetting then we’ll see but until then, imma live my happy, stress free life

I couldn’t read past that. I get the rest, be prepared to go at any time for any reason. Check. Been there. But if I am always gonna think my husband could murder me im gonna just stay single.

This is so true about LVM and pregnancy. I personally don’t believe in abortion due to religious reasons and I had communicated that in the beginning of the relationship with my LVM ex. Guess what? Ater raw dogging for 4 years I got pregnant. I took a plan B but it just so happened that I had sex on the day I was ovulating so that was pretty much it. 🙃 When I told my ex I was pregnant he blamed me for not getting on birth control even though he would not wear a condom and consented to sex without protection. He also tried to manipulate me into having an abortion. He was very distant during that time and I chalked it up as him taking the time to man up. After 9 weeks I found out I lost the baby and I’m sure it was because he stressed me out so much. And during the time I was pregnant he didn’t tell anyone at all. Not even 1 friend. Later I had a DNC because it was diagnosed as a missed miscarriage and had to go to the ER for some complications after the surgery. Wasn’t there for me. I won’t go on more because I’m sure you all get the point. So ladies please learn from my pickmeisha past. Never get pregnant by a LVM/NVM man and vet hard.

Agree with all of this except there's research demonstrating that women who own guns are more likely to have their guns used against them than to successfully use them to defend themselves—yes, even if they're trained in how to use guns.
