I decide if someone is worth getting to know by their conversation skills. Most conversations take a turn where I ask myself 'why would a man bring this up on a date' and usually that means he's not worth pursuing. Some guys are plains boring and chatting with them is like pulling teeth -not worth getting to know. And whoever I'm chatting with needs to take an interest in me, so many men are happy to be asked about themselves and then they never shut up. But if a man is to pushy in a conversation about something I've given a polite non-answer then it's also a pass, cause he's just fishing for info not really wanting to know me.

My attraction to somebody can grow based on their personality. I feel like I need to emphasize that this means the decency, humor, and exceptional kindness need to already be present. “I’m nice” ain’t it. Remember: nice is the baseline. Nice doesn’t kick puppies, but we’re not supposed to be kicking puppies in the first place! No rewards for meeting the bare minimum standards.

But I guess you’re asking what are the minimal requirements to even get to this point? I’d need a basic level of attraction, which I guess means clean (you did say minimal requirements lol) and in decent physical shape.
