He's projecting. Falling in love because the sex is good? We fall in love because we take care of them. When you take care of someone or something you increasingly care.

The sad part is that while we strive to be the best person possible for them and we think we're both doing our best, the guy is just laughing inside that a girl is willing to date him while he's making as little effort as possible. It's shocking to learn all this because I would never have thought that guys were so selfish, but it turns out they are. They will take maximum and give minimum every time they can get away with it, and they are conscious of it, and they don't mind. It's like they aren't bound by the internal desire to be a good person and to do right by other people like I am and like I assume other women are. It's like guys are a different species just looking to use others while I spend my life trying to help others. It's completely different.

I had a guy I dated once tell me that his last 2 relationships started because they wanted him for the sex. He was awful in bed. I've never met a dude that was so in love with his own dick.
