There's so much greed in their eyes. I realized that any guy that needs to bring up finances in any way (even if they think they're being low-key and indirect about it) the first time you meet them has financial insecurities of some sort. They are not in a place to provide for a life partner.
I have to see their place before I will bring them to mine. First, it sets the precedent that I expect them to be a good host, and I can see how they live. If they pass that step they can see my place, but a lot can't even make it past that since they make comments assuming that my place will be there's wayyy too soon. One guy even snooped through some of my paperwork while I was showering once and told me after. These guys have no shame or morals.
