I despise casual sex, not because Im a „prude”, „close minded”, or „sex negative” as Libfems and other men would like to call it. Yep, the problem with casual sex that libfems and privileged women seem to not get (I'm talking about them specifically since they defend it as a "I'm a confident woman," "I never had issues with casual sex" etc) is that it's only a nice theory. That's it. It doesn't take into account the hundreds of years of misogyny, sexism, oppression, witch-hunting, dehumanization by men, etc. that society in general is still steeped in.
Casual sex is only good on paper, in an sterile scenario, or if one denies the current reality and pretends life is a goddamn Disney-colored movie.

It’s also nice in real life so long as you’re actually in control. The reason why it doesn’t work is because too many women just let the guy do whatever they want with their body and I’ll never get that. Casual sex is for me, not him. It's also not hard for a man to try to force himself on the woman when they're in a private setting and in a state of undress, or he gets violent/stalkery afterwards and tries to ruin her life because "she led him on" or "she lied."
Of course if he ever gets to the point of getting undressed to do sexual stuff with a woman, hopefully he's vetted the hell and back, but even then the possibility of him lying is there. Once again, it's nice in theory but for most women, it's still dangerous: High risk, low reward.

Sexual assault and abuse is a risk whether you’ve properly vetted a casual hookup or youre married to the man. I understand the caution some women take, nothing wrong with being safe especially if casual sex isnt particularly enjoyable to them.
