Condoms. Always. Unless you’re in a LTR.

*if you’re on any other birth control method for other health reasons, obviously keep using them AND use condoms. The amount of STDs out there is insane.

In terms of enforcing, condoms on or no sex.

I have been taking birth control pill since I am 16 in order to control menstrual pains and acne. but I have never told it to my partners because I wanna always use condom. Many men do not use condoms if they discover you are on BC pill unfortunately. I do not want STD and birth control is not 100% effective. so I always used birth control and condom.

Only when I will be married I will use only birth control. If the guy does not want to use condom, bye.

Condoms always. Have never used hormonal bc and don’t plan on ever using it.

To enforce it, don’t even ask, just pull out a condom when you’re close to finishing up foreplay. Put it on the bedside table or on the bed, and then when you’re about to have sex, give it to the guy. There should be no long discussions about how he should wear a condom etc. I just whip one out silently and guys understand and put it on.

If he starts to complain, kick him out. That’s such a turnoff.

I like birth control patch. It’s low dose and you gotta change it once a week so it’s easier than the pill.

I can't hand hormonal BC, so I have and IUD. Condoms stay on until commitment. How do you enforce condoms? You leave.

no, they are not good for your mental health and I happily avoid them. I make them wear condoms or kick them out
