While reading the handbook, I was cringing at all the things I’ve done in the past: making the first move, putting too much effort for guys who don’t care, caring too much what they think of me, etc. I wish I could take it all back and I knew things would be different if I behaved differently.

I’m (24F) currently cringing at making the first move at a long distance high school crush online from two years ago (embarrassing I know) and confessing to him and him saying he feels the same way ( but his actions say otherwise). I’ve made a fool of my self. Long story short, I’ve blocked him and deleted the messages we’ve sent to each other.

That being said, how do you move forward and not think too much of your past?
