- If he wanted to ask you out he would

- If he wanted your company he would make it happen, even if he had to drive hours to get to you in the middle of a storm

- If he wanted you to be his girlfriend he would clearly ask and not dance around it

- If he wanted to marry you he would propose

- If he wanted to impress and court you, he would make an effort

- If he was truly into you, he'd want to take you "off the market" and he would make it happen

- If he wanted to, he would treat you like a treasure

There are no ifs or buts and I don't care if you've been married for years to a man that have you mixed signals, you chased and proposed to and feel happy about it.

If the first years of a relationship should be the honey moon and best times ever, why would we be settling for stress/emotional unavailability/someone who is clearly not that into you/flaky men from the get go? It's not supposed to be hard and complicated from the get go.

Disclaimer: By "he" I mean a mentally healthy man who is worth it. As the high value woman you are, you don't want to waste your time on men full of issues that for whatever reason or excuse, won't give you the appreciation and respect you deserve.
