This seems like it would be a great list in the opposite/positive form too- for what you definitely want/demand in a relationship. Epecially if you’ve gotten involved with LVM like this in the past. Good way to vet someone before getting emotionally invested. Basically because I think it’s helpful to focus on what you do want rather than just what you don’t want. BUT I don’t mean that in a critical way, because it’s great you’ve identified what you definitely don’t want in him. There’s def more to add to this list as well, but it’s a great bottom line!

We're proud of you! It's not easy to examine your motivations and the choices you've made (and the men you've chosen to be with) so critically, but it's important self-work. Keep leveling up and leave that trash in the garbage where it belongs!
