He's pretty whiny e.g. "I could be having sex with porn stars but my wife is fiercely monogamist :cryemoji: :cryemoji:" and he out of his own awful fingers did type the words "I settled for what I could get" when talking about their marriage, but he put in the work and got hot, right?

Just kidding, if all he can say about being married for ten years and his wife going through multiple child births is how rough he has it because she's not hot you can bet your ass this is just another aspirational-sociopath of a loser who I'd bet a lot of money coasted on his wife doing the lion's share of labor for years while he found the time to go to the gym and do all his self care.
