i met my bf before i found fds. when we went on our first date he told me he'd pay for everything and at the time i told him not to worry about that and that i could pay for myself (ugh). he still payed tho and he payed for a lot of our dates even after i told him i could pay. he used to take me out to different bars and restaurants but now with corona there's not much to do so i just go over to his and he cooks for us or we order food. but he expects that i pay for my half now when we order food or pop out to grab something to eat. i've hinted at him that he hasn't taken me on a date in a while because i consider what we're doing now as just hanging out. we can't go anywhere but it's not hard to just take me on a picnic or something. is there a way i can bring up him paying for me and taking me on dates? or should i move on?
