I'm sure you all know this but a friendly reminder couldn't hurt. If you've seen some of my old post you'll see that I still have beef with my dad lol. But every once in a while he'll drop a gem of knowledge.

Yesterday we talked on the phone and he was basically telling me not to settle down so quickly for one guy. He told me "just date multiple guys and see who fits best for you". Such simplistic advice but It was the right time for me hear it.

Everytime I crush on a guy i start committing even there's been no mention of being official. It's silly and honestly risky. That was a very much needed reminder that men are replaceable and I don't need to commit to just one in the early stages of dating (and I can leave anytime I want to on the later stages) . As much as my dad annoys me I still respect he's a provider and is very pro woman.
