Hi. I'm 27, living in a small city of around 10000 people, too far from any big agglomeration to have wide dating pool access.

It's not a place where there are lots of HVMs and after long search the only not-taken and decent guy is not perfect. I was able to get to meet him through our mutual friend and spend some time together on getting to know more about each other.

So, he is handsome, treats people well, has a sense of humour, knows how to cook (huge plus for me!!!), he is devilish smart and more. The only thing I found wanting is his lack of good career and broken ambition.

So there is my question: If I risk it and give him a chance, will I be able to change him? Which things he needs to learn to be successful? I want to help him first, so he can be good enough for me.
