I actually had someone block me in the middle of an argument. On text. And then I got a “I’m bored at so and so,” oh and also said hello before that. A few days later I get a can we talk text. I wanted to respond with full attitude, shut him down with my words. But nahhhh, I didn’t say anything. The heart is different when understanding FDS comes around.

Getting up and leaving will always upset them the most. They’ll tel everyone you “stormed off over nothing”. My only fear is if you’re not in public, that he stops you from leaving physically.

I love this so hard. Woke up today missing the LVM I just got rid of. Wondering if I did the right thing. Did I blow my chance at a really good thing? And so on. Reading this reminded me why I did what I did. I walked away from low-value treatment. For a HVW like me, there was no other choice.
