This applies to all women, but women going through a breakup should print this out and put it on their door, on their bathroom mirror, on their dashboard...tattoo it on your fucking arm! You are at your most vulnerable right after a breakup and, IMO, shouldn't date at all because your guard is lowered, you're probably not as confident, you're afraid of being alone, etc. After my last breakup I was SO eager to jump back in and find "Mr. Right" (vomit) that I dated some real freaks. Took a 6 month hiatus to get my shit together and BOY was my energy different.

I am so proof of myself because after my last breakup I jumped right back on the dating scene, but when it came to going on dates... I realized that I didn’t want to do it. At all. I realized that I was exhausted. I felt grown up, finally. Haven’t been on any dates since.
