He should not be all traditional, remember men back in the day beat their women restricted to being a housewife. And when women spoke up they were asked what they done. I dunno about this one. Traditionalist men don't nessasarily get joy out of you're peace of mind or happiness. They get joy out of being in control. Especially if they earn most/all of the money (being the bread bearer.) It's an easy trap to fall into for abuse, because then you won't have funds to escape once he gets controlling.

Yes, men should have a job and bring stuff to the table. But it's up to individual women to figure out what Stuff she wants at the table. That is what makes a HVM.

I avoid traditional men like the plague lol. This may contradict FDS principles but I don't want a man with the provider mentality. I just want an equal who puts the same amount of effort and care into our relationship as I do, not a second daddy who will give me an allowance and buy me shit from time to time. Maybe I'm too young and inexperienced but that's not what romance is to me.
