Role models are so important.

I am so grateful to have a number of high value people in my life to look up to. For example, one of my closest friends is an older woman, and I now refuse to date someone who doesn't treat me the way her husband treats her. When I look at their relationship, I'm embarrassed by how I let my NVM ex treat me.
