The men in the videos are teaching hacks on how to lower the standards of high maintenance women.

The first video is basically a PUA telling guys not to spend money on girls because it’s a turn off to women.

The second video is teaching men how to lower their girlfriends standards.

men that refer to women as "High maintenance" are LV. that term alone is a neg implying that HV women require ask for too much. a HVM would describe a hv lady as "smart, successful, goal oriented, knows what she wants, assertive, good taste, etc" he wouldn't see dating her as putting in high effort - planning dates, thoughtful presents, making time, having meaningful conversations, listening, are all the bare minimum.
