They're not stupid. Making women feel like crap about ourselves is the objective, not an unintended consequence. They want us to stay insecure and dependent on them and nonstop body shaming is one way they do it.

Men pay WAY more attention to women with loads of makeup on. They did this to themselves. I wear just enough to even out my skin tone nowadays because I don't want constant eyes on me. I found a cream that does the trick perfectly. I only want a man who sees me as attractive just the way I am. I don't want to feel self conscious without makeup. But I completely get why some women go all out.

Uh, Oscar Wilde was a misogynistic gay man. He wasn't crazy about females to begin with. But in any event, men who say shit like this are projecting their fear of aging onto us women. They need to put someone below themselves in order to feel on top. Maybe they know men tend to die sooner, or they get most men are boring to look at at any age. I myself, dated a man who lied about his age constantly. He routinely shaved nearly a decade of his true age. And whenever he'd see a beautiful starlet on the cover of a magazine that was his actual age, he say things like, "hag." I dumped his ass.

I have been lucky with my skin and never had problems, so maybe it is easy for me to say it but she should let her skin breath. Not for men, they will insult her either way, but for herself (and her skin).

Yep. I've experienced treatment resistant acne, and it is no joke.
Never do I read any statements online from men that they're "Okay with girls who have acne". Yet they expect us to accept their obesity, bad hygiene, thinning hair, without flinching. Their double standards are so blatant.
