Thinking about it, if that's a true number of nearly 1 in 10 being false.

Wouldn't that make rape the crime with the one of the highest knowingly false accusations rates surely?

Like how many false murder accusations could there be compared to rape? Where the person literally KNOWS that the person didn't murder someone.

I wonder what the general statistics on knowingly false criminal accusations are, if there are any. There must be some data on it somewhere.

But at the end of this film they say that these three guys cases have NOT been registered as false accusations. That means they still go into the data as real rape accusations, and therefore also as failed convictions. They become part of the statistics that feminists use to show that rape convictions are low.

And how many girls just get a warning and not a conviction for filing a false accusation.

Only 8%? The UK government said they only attempt prosecution on 1.7% of recorded rape allegations (note: recorded & reported to LE&C are 2 different things.)

That was a quote from 2005, while apparently rape accusations have tripled and more since then, so we're looking at 4500 false accusations in the UK last year.
