This is another example of the legal system being biased against men. Who is going to cover for what he suffered in prison and his destroyed reputation? And the woman will get away with a slap on the wrist. False allegations are one the biggest legal problems men face yet despite all this incidences no laws have been made to ensure stricter punishment for false allegations. Not only do the falsely accused and their families suffer, but important government and legal resource and time are lost for someone's agendas.

Imagine the trauma.

I was falsely accused about a decade ago, but security and numerous professors took my side. And that STILL messes with me. I'm able to be friendly with just about anyone but kinda freak out at taking things in a romantic direction because I feel like I can't trust my own instincts.

People act like things were "corrected" in stuff like this, but he's going to need a lot of therapy and this will still leave a scar for the rest of his life.
