I really don't get this. It happens but big companies are supposed to be profit hungry machines. Why do they allow these parasites to infest their businesses?

I am in the tech biz myself. I started my own company a while back. We are up to 10 people now, and I only hire men for a reason. Legally sure women are welcome to apply but they are not likely to get an interview and definitely not getting the job. I know women in the tech industry and who the fuck needs all those side hassles they bring?

One consulting job I worked on required imaging/prepping 300 Ipads for deployment for overseas students on study abroad.

Server side MDM and cloud stuff was done, then we handed project to their help desk team.

2 students (women) couldn't use the Ipads because their nails were so long, many others complained about the apps, earbuds, etc.

Entitled life is soooo difficult

i work in an it department, im mostly there to handle the customers and set up their systems, but i also design webshop banners, because the marketing department is braindead and i have much more experience from designing stuff with photoshop in my freetime..

recently i designed a banner for one of those ladies in the marketing, so the only thing she need to do, is to change the text and the item on that banner lol

i have to add that she is only a trainee just like me, but daym.. i should have just applied for a real job, instead of a trainee position..

Im not trying to simp or get into the girls panties, but daym i like working creative and it doesnt even feel like work to me and sometimes i have alot of free time at work..

But i feel like next time i should ask for money, if they want me again to do the marketings job
