Can't be healthy and have this much body fat. In natural environment to get fat you need to be very sick and likely genetically inferior.

Not without a reason most of food-related deaths throughout history were caused by starvation. We got used to eating just enough or little less than we need. From evolutionary perspective, being fat is high-order crime, there are literally no adaptations in humans that allow us to stay healthy above certain weight and bodyfat percentages. On the other hand, there is a shitload of adaptations that keep us healthy with scarce food supply.

Hence, being fat is unnatural - whoever is, should try his best to return to proper weight and composition. If one does not try his best he literally violates own body, disrespecting it. How can someone dare to think he/she can be respected for that.

Fit = <16% bf in men and <21% bf in women. And these boundaries are still kind of high, though with modern world and access to food it's not bad. Such numbers tend to be most beneficial to overall health and survivability.
