How the fuck did a female service member pass Ranger school?? I was under the impression it was pretty physically as well as psychologically demanding. I did six years and I never met a single woman who could keep up with the male soldiers.

Men are dispensable, women are not. It is acceptable that young men die in battle, their value is low. It is not acceptable that young women die in battle, that will affect the survival of a society.

However, when women get older, they start loosing that value. On the other hand, strong men that has survived the battle have more value, as they can impregnate several women with their strong genes.

The main headline is rather misleading.

The first half of subhead/caption is spot on to the rationale he stated, the second just restates the misleading part.

This really WASN'T a ruling on any "draft" only on "registration" for some potential/future/non-existent "national service." What the judge actually stated was that the government needed to require women to "register" as well... which is a hollow nothing-burger because at present the government doesn't really prosecute anyone for non-registration, and can/will entirely ignore this "ruling" (which is from a lowly district court and doesn't actually have any enforcement or precedent-setting power).
