No matter how much you push and promote females in STEM, they will always be a very small minority. Most of them donβt have the patience & drive to learn STEM.
[β]LotBuilder26 points27 points28 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And like female doctors and attorneys, most of them wonβt actually work in the field for more than 5 years.

Someone on here was an engineering student at a tech college and they had a huge trophy display for βwomen awardsβ and it was completely empty. Of course there was no display for guys. Lost the post though.

Got to admit, while there is a small minority there are some pretty talented girls, but they are usually stereotypical. She gets good with us guys, wear glasses, no-makup, does not have social networks and she is absolutely slaying the STEM. But if you would ask feminists, I doubt they would like to recognize her, as she is indeed the anti-commercial for todays degenerate women. Alone in the group of other men, respected and recognized for her's skill, not her vulva.

You know what... This. I have no issue with a TRUE meritocracy and I doubt most mgtow do.. But I have rarely, if ever, seen women in school or in business succeed over other men based on the fact that they were truly better or more deserving using objective criteria. There always is a political or social justice agenda behind it. Unfortunately, this happens in free enterprise and business where its suppose to be about who delivers the bag of money they were suppose to at the end of the day... As commented above, I don't mind coming in second because someone was better than me... But I have a real issue in losing to a woman simply because they have a vulva wrapped in a social agenda.

That is why eventually, Left will lose. It is based on a lie. False agenda because at the end it comes down to quotas. It is not misogyny if 1 out of 10 neurosurgeons are men. Nor do I have an issue with 1 of 10 nurses being a man. If you need to have an operation, I want the best doctor to operate you whether it is a man or a woman, if you need care I want the best protection you can get. All other attempts are based on personal insecurities and valuation whether one job is more valuable/appropriate.
That is why you have misproportion/deficit of women in management places but rarely on other jobs.

the patience & drive to learn STEM
Honestly this is the truth, they think they can just go into college and pop out being proficient and making good money but thats not the truth. Most of the better engineers I've seen never even finished college, but their drive to master their subject pushed them far ahead of their peers. One of the most prolific is Tesla, who never actually finished his degree, and he's known as the father of modern electricity...

Every workshop floor I've ever being in has been 100% staffed by men. CAD, Soldering station, lathe, woodwork, anything involving actual manual work with tools. 100% men.
Men do the dirty work, while the women get to sit all day in the office with AC. On the upside, unless one of them is a plain jerk or just not socially adept, getting along with other men is far easier.

Yeah right. STEM fields are desperate to hire women because women and cucks have told them it's bad to only have men despite the fact that only men really want to do things and are good at them. They're fucking everywhere but they're useless and never fully invested in what they're doing.

Women make up 60% of our IT and they rock.

I bet your dick is hard right now thinking about their "IT skills".

There are. But true STEM girls do not represent values feminists would like. See my other comment in this thread.

Haha I just graduated from a drafting program. This is hilarious. All the chicks that started had dropped out by the first year, 2nd semester. Was way more fun and unfilteres with all guys.

Listen to me right now!! Women are GREAT for STEM! β¦ Great for bringing DRAMA, infighting, backbiting, stifling progress, not listening to ideas, not taking direction, yapping all day, COMPLAINING, and worrying about trivial non work related bullshit!!
