You know, someone in my family was like that. He was a man on top of his game. Then he made a bad investment move and his wife and daughters (no sons, and the daughters are this huge feminist types) began putting pressure on him, putting ultimatum on either their way or highway.
His biggest mistake was getting conformist. He chose to stay with his wife and accept his faith because he didn't want to live alone, and had no other means to do it. But slowly, he lost inch after inch over the years, until now he and his wife are elderly but he is like a house pet on leash, afraid of what his wife might nag about over the phone to the daughters who would come howl at him for hours. It's so sad, seeing this tower of a man in his 80s be reduced to tears over mundane mood swings of his women on a daily basis. They also put him on psyche med for last 20 years, and he was getting worst and worst on these meds, but the women in his life literally would go as far to force feed to hide the pills in his food so that he remains a domesticated house pet.
I say all this story, because, this same man also acts and behaves and repeats the same woman worshipping nonsense. The man who accepts to give ground will slowly become hollow, and soon enough, he will be a ghost of his former self, and will sound like a giant vagina like De Niro.

Yeah, I enjoy people not knowing about me.. i try to only reveal the non-important stuff and pass off the personal questions to other people or I just answer sarcastically and avoid questions.. my personal life is sacred to me..
