I have a friend she works in the medical field and helps people who have been raped. Women who go around telling strangers they were rapped mostly likely just had drunk sex and regretted it or were approached by a man they didn't like. The majority of rape victims feel ashamed by what happened and tend to keep that information to themselves and certainly wouldn't divulge that kind of information in the first few text messages to a stranger.
