This is true for me. I was raised by my aunt, and she has almost always let me down, so much so that I never trust her advice. She is a control freak, and has always tried to steer my life any way she wants. I have some very deep insecurities, and women have kind of destroyed any remaining faith I might have had in them. I think I will be able to get it down to just using businesses. That they have to provide the goods and services, or they dont get the money.

Realized years ago watching my own parents, grand parents, and extended family, that there had been a cultural shift after WW2 where families broke up, and scattered geographically because they could get jobs and money , and didnt need each other.

Before that, everyone had family farms and businesses and cooperated.

And then wages were stagnated starting in the 70's, and Feminism got women on the tax rolls, suddenly phase two of divide and conquer, and women didnt need men, because they could get money.

Meanwhile inflation kept the stick with carrot ahead of the donkeys...

And modern money is the most fiat in human history. Every fiat currency eventually collapses.

And when it does, there will be those who prepared well, and are fine, and those who get caught in the lurch...

The most self sufficient will be the most insulated.

And those most dependent on the system will get caught.

I have one last stint of human dependency between me and open water, and down to the enterprise dependency only.

And I do things and get things to set myself up, for when I make it over that hump.

Then, I will continue using the technocult for resources and tools, to start reduction of that dependency.

Like playing lunar lander with the crash.

That if I'm good at it, and lucky, even before the crash hits, I will be beyond the reliance on enterprize and businesses, and basically have nearly zero future shock.

Have been working on it for years, everything I have and do, is to that ends...

I could get caught right now, and still be better off than 90% of humanity. If I get another couple three years before the collapse hits, I can be above 98%....

And everybody thought I was crazy and stupid...

You do need people though. Not necessarily opposite sex. In a society independence means you pull your own weight and contribute something that others may not. When in a survival situation if you are alone you become a prey but if you are a part of a well functioning pack, you become the survivor and if you are able to the predator. I like the sound of "hyper-independence" -- even if it's really just another "who hurt you?" shame line.

That term makes what MGTOW is doing not only sound wise, and strong, but like MGTOW is a Super Power. This is true up until the last sentence, and trauma was formed in early childhood by a neglectful or narcissistic parrent most likely.

However, once the trauma is there, yeah, you don't need intimate relationships anymore, your brain has wired differently and you feel more peace outside relationships. You still need society and peripheral contact, that the part that's universally human.

Meaning you might not need or want to date, but you do want friends or you want to drink that coffee on your own, but you like to do it where there's people around, even though you have no direct contact with them.

I'm the do it all by myself guy and while that is better in most cases where the work is mentally demanding, in menial tasks I discovered it would be just weakness to NOT get help, so I cured myself of the part of being reluctant of asking for help in tasks I know anyone can do well.

I'm still reluctant to seek assistance but I'll do it WHEN it services me. I've gotten so good at this, that I'll actually assign tasks to people where previously I wouldn't even dare ask them for help.

Relationships with women however, don't serve me, never have, never will.

I'm glad for the 'trauma' works on that area as well, because it means I'm not compulsively seeking women to my detriment like most men feel like they have to, that's the guys with 5 divorces. He knows he's getting fucked over, he can't help himself.

We don't need people as much as we are told. There are some things we can't do ourselves, and when that happens, I call an expert and pay them a fee. When the job is completed they can just go on their merry way, I don't need to "trust" them with my life because I just needed them to do one job. I just need to make sure they are qualified and that they will follow through.

These women need to "trust" so much because they want someone to do everything for free. They don't understand that people do things as a means of exchange.

A good example is the single moms that expect cheap rent and discounts because they're single moms. Not going to happen, if someone gives them a discount is because they expect something in return. That's just life, If you want something, be prepared to pay the price, either with money or bartering.
