Seen this played out in real time in their rhetoric. They set it up by saying something like "only emotionally mature people will understand this". What they do is create a "catch 22", where the only option is to agree with them. This gives them license to say or write very controversial things, but rejection or any emotional reaction to it implies that there is something wrong with us. What's seen in this picture is the perfect example of this.

Besides that, having a platform openly reject emotions that is based on advancing emotional interests sounds...
