Honestly the only thing I hate about my own race is that we went beyond promoting equality to other races and moved to actively denigrating ourselves instead.
I've got no problems with any non-white races. Y'all are cool in my book.
That said, I, personally, refuse to cuck myself to shit like this. Equality means equality. I don't want to be given preferential treatment over other races in job interviews and the like, and I don't want other races given preferential treatment over me.

The problem I see is that there are only two ways forward - technically three, but I don't see this behavior being dropped anytime soon.
Either we continue down the current path, which will eventually lead us to Venezuela-like conditions (whites are currently the only large demographic that has a net conservative vote so with the current demographic development it'll be a few decades until liberal domination is statistically certain).
The alternative is a rebirth of proper "white racism" and probably a balkanization of the US, which would also suck major ass for everybody involved.

If you write this exact requirement for anything other than white people, not only do you get the attention of hundreds of "their" interest groups but you also have other white people jumping at your throat.
This simply doesn't happen the other way around, BLM or la raza won't call CBC in outrage over this ad - and additionally, you have the same whites as before jumping at every organization that actually does confront CBC, calling them ethnonationalists, white supremacists etc.

For 25 or 30 years now white kids, and especially boys, have been the target of thinly veiled anti-white propaganda from very early ages. In the 1980s, and 90s especially, racism became the go-to debate shutdown tool of the left in the USA. If the democrats wanted their message to be untouchable, they put a black person on the face of it and if you disagreed in any way you were racist. This was not limited to politics however, it showed up in only slightly more crafty ways in schools. Every legitimate step forward made by American society in race relations stopped being a step forward and started being used as a guilt tool against the white kids. Teachers would make statements and ask questions of white kids designed to be emotionally maniupulative, to create guilt, "How do you suppose that felt?" It was heavily implied to us that the whole thing was somehow our fault for having been born white, and that we should feel guilty about it. Exactly the same guilt mechanism I felt constantly being laid upon me at church over sex especially, but a few other topics there as well. It wasn't just teachers pushing this though; kids willingly made themselves the violent enforcers of the message and guilt it projected. Asking any question of it based in either innocence or logic resulted in confrontations, and sometimes prison-style beating that the teachers would often just stand and watch. An aside on that point, there is a good chance the teacher would have lost their job if they got involved in any way.
I happened to be in the transitional generation but kids just 4 or 5 years younger than me probably never heard in school that we have moved away from hating each other over colors. They grew up being told they should feel bad because of something they could not help; The racism that we had almost fully gotten rid of was brought back. Now I have personally watched all the same tactics they had begun using on me some 25 years ago with racism be applied to feminism, homosexuality, transgenderism and gender politics. It's the same tired BS with a different group standing in front of the message, and I have watched each new version be injected into the schools to continue poisioning newer generations of children.
So why do so many white people in the USA hate themselves so much that they will not speak up against blatant racism against them? They have been taught that they will be ruined if they do, their reputation trashed, their money drained and they would quite possibly be physically assaulted or killed. Even saying that those are possible outcomes is racist and could bring these things down upon them, or anyone who isn't white but also "isn't dark enough" to be something else.

I've looked through the CBC Kids site, and I couldn't find this.
Eventually, I ended up looking through the responses in the "Contact Us" section of the "Parent" site, and that's where I found a reference to this job posting, dated "2 years old". (So it could be anywhere between [2 years - 3 years[ ago.)
This is an old repost. Additionally, it is unclear whether or not this was ever even written in an actual job posting, since even the comment in the "Contact Us" section didn't have an archive link, and merely mentioned it. For all we know, this is an entirely doctored image made years ago.
The smile logo above is no longer the same as the one used on the site. The title of the branch company is no longer even the same, it's now "CBC Kids". Let's keep a critical mind before accepting this post as an accurate depiction of objective reality.

It's because the job posting seen above is at least 2 years old.
