This is beyond insane, so now even though sex is happening consensually you have to get explicit permission to touch certain body parts?

How the fuck was this allowed to happen? I don't get outraged often, but this is absolutely insane. I'm glad this Tinder hookup culture didn't exist when I was a younger man.
