The law is the problem here. Like many other states, in Idaho there is legal precedent that makes a woman raping a child less of a crime than a man doing the same thing. Because only a man can "rape" based on Idaho law.

As such, women cannot be convicted of rape regardless of intent, motive, or ya know actually raping someone. This woman is a monster, and the state of Idaho (and many others) are failing young men and allowing them to be victimized due to antiquated wordings and public misconceptions.
