He won't, but should, publicly decline the offer from Disney, specifically for having treated him like a pariah. Depp is in demand again, Disney is "struggling" (for them at least) from all their recent "flops". A AAA list star stopping, and saying "No, I don't want to work with you anymore.", would send a message, maybe not a powerful one, but a message none the less.

Losing her job is not enough.
her life needs to be ruined, just like how she tried to ruin Depp's. If Depp was actually guilty of what she accused (or rather, if Depp did to her what she actually did to him in reality), he would have been in jail months ago and be locked up for decades and all his assets stripped away from him.
What she got is a slap on the wrist relative to what Depp could have faced. She'll still get hired by some shit woke director and she'll do shit movies but she'll still make money and she'll have the entire left behind her the whole way. Probably a book or documentary of the whole thing for more shekels while the left tries to rewrite history.
We need to see what happens with the lawsuit. Depp will win his lawsuit, it only depends on whether these judges will have the balls to throw the book at her. Probably not because vagina, but one can hope.
