As an attorney I can see how this woman is lying her ass off about the details. If there were purchases made after the filing they would have been included in the asset listings. Any savings withdrawals would have been recorded by the bank and easily assigned against the withdrawing party.

As a licensed attorney I cannot promote the violation of the law. One of my first jobs in a DAs office was working with a forensic accountant. Fucking incredible. Dude was able to track down multi stream cash amounts from several cash based businesses going back eight years.

Hiding assets in our society is incredibly difficult. That the basis of money laundering statutes. Liquidating assets, without taking an incredible loss in the transfer process, is very difficult.

Hypothetically, one would have to keep all funds liquid, like really liquid, like never hits the banking system. Not on the deposit or withdrawal side. I dont know if you have ever tried to buy a house or car with just cash, but it is incredibly difficult for this reason.

Even if the husband used etsy, Ebay or other online secondary markets to liquidate, there would still be traces of the appointments through those services available by subpoena.

I dont believe a word of this post.

Ive heard it many times myself and many times from my male friends how women agree on something without any plan to actually honor the agreement. Then when you ask why didnt you do as we agreed, they literally asnwer: I just said what I said so that you would give me that or the you would do this or whatever. They dont understand what a contract or agreement is. They just say the magic words so that the magic happens to them, there are no consequences in their mind.

Wait...there were many posts about divorces and i asked many times, why a guy can't simply spend his money on whatever he wants. And always i was answered taht when it comes to splitting the assets the judge will give no shit that he spend all and has nothing, he will still have to pay and get the money somehow.
