Also just to note. I have very close people working in banks and those said millennial accounts are very dry and nearly have no money in them. Parents need to put money in there ninja all the time to not get overdraft.

You know, I just don't get it... if you want so bad to be in a relationship, then you can, but without marriage and it's bullshit contract that goes with it. Why on earth would you sign something that gives the other person (the cunt) everything you own and your livelihood? I mean, for Pete's sake, if two of you shared an apartment and grew tired of each other, it's much easier to not be married so that one of you could move out without any complications (besides personal ones).

So basically, women want to keep the bank accounts separate so she can use her earnings as leverage against their husbands when they want to claim that the men "don't do their part."

This has always been a good idea. However, when your at the grocery store splitting the bills look at all the hair care, make up, powders and body lotions you are splitting with her. It's hundreds of dollars of shit every month! And she is secretly resenting you daddy, because you are not buying all of it for her, your not a real man! In my case I've heard too many bad stories (male and female) about one person deciding to leave and looting the joint account before they did so. The person left bereft has no legal recourse to this.

I decided never to have a joint account and I never did - on the plus side, no girl has ever actually asked me to either.
