This just shows you the absolute dichotomy between men and women. The man sees the problem, and despite his limitations finds a way to overcome the problem: the women DON'T EVEN TRY; if they tried and failed that'd at least be something, but they throw up their hands mystified at something as simple and straightforward as earnest effort.

The ONE woman that makes it up over the obstacle (in the back) needs both people pulling her up and pushing her up, and she still barely makes it over in comparison to this guy single-handedly flipping himself over.

Just look at the one at the end, the ONE girl who even bothers to attempt it, and she doesn't even try to do it legit: she looks at the support and tries to cheat by using it to climb up, and can't even do that.

If food/water/shelter were on the other side of this obstacle, these women would be dead.

The mere presence of attractive women will give men a rush of adrenaline to want to show off and look alpha. This doesn't discount that guy's achievement, it's just simple scientific fact.

It's one reason men and women are kept separate at vipassana meditation retreats... people into buddhism are well aware of our natural drives. When sexes interact concentration is pretty much destroyed.

Being able to do pull ups is just a matter of repetition. Our crew leader managed to get a pull up bar installed at my machine at work under the guise of it helping stretch the back... since it's been there I've gone from being able to do 6 overhead pull ups my first set to being able to do 13 my first set... I'm going to have to start adding weight somehow as of this point. Last night at work my sets were 13/11/10/9/10 over the last 6 hours of my 12 hour shift. I typically don't do much more than 6 sets a shift at this point and not every shift do I do them. I'll then treat myself to a chinese buffet.. extra calories and protein, to help recovery and growth, that next day. Doing a higher number of sets like that will work the entire upper body including my chest.. every muscle will get somewhat sore especially going a week to 10 days without doing any.
