Most of the dieticians/nutritionists out there are women and poorly trained at that. All promoting a "balanced diet" that includes shitty foods and grains. If anybody is interested, look through the absolute hell Dr. Tim Noakes was dragged through in South Africa by the dietician's group there. All based on a tweet to a mother saying she should try a high fat diet. After a four year battle which exposed the dieticians and mainstream medical system as corrupt, Noakes "won."
